A woman who was injured in a Russian strike on the capital on the night of Friday, November 14, died in a Kyiv hospital this morning.
According to "Komersant Ukrainian", the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, said this on Telegram.
“Thus, the number of Kyiv residents killed by Russian terrorists is 7. My sincere condolences to the families,” he said.
It should be noted that today rescuers have completed search and rescue operations in the Desnianskyi district after the Russian attack. Rescuers rescued 17 residents of the house, including one child. In addition, psychologists provided assistance to 252 victims and their relatives.
Shelling on the night of November 14
On the night of November 14, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine, launching 19 missiles and 430 attack drones. The strikes were carried out using Kinzhal air defense missiles and Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles.
The most powerful strikes occurred in Kyiv. Numerous hits on residential buildings were recorded in the capital. In the Dniprovskyi district, one of the drones hit a five-story building, causing a large-scale fire and trapping the residents, who were evacuated by rescuers.
High-rise buildings in Podilskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Desnianskyi, Solomianskyi, and Obolonskyi districts also suffered significant damage. A school in Darnytsia district and a hospital in Holosiivskyi district were also damaged.
At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defense traditionally stated that it had allegedly struck military-industrial and energy targets.
