Zelenskyy’s team responds sharply to Putin’s latest statements: it’s time to take a pill

Russian dictator Putin, who is talking about the need to bring Ukraine under UN control, should “take some pills” to boost his brain activity. Advisor to the President of Ukraine Dmytro Lytvyn wrote about this on the social network X, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

A new batch of the dictator’s absurd statements was published by Russian propaganda media. Russian dictator Putin cynically stated that Russia “did not initiate the outbreak of hostilities” in Ukraine.

Putin said that United States President Donald Trump sincerely wants to end the war in Ukraine.

Putin also expressed the opinion that Russia is “persistently and confidently moving towards achieving all the goals stated at the beginning” of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

“There are reasons to believe that we will achieve them,” Putin said, although in the same speech he also said that Moscow was ready for a peaceful settlement.

“Russia is in favor of resolving the conflict by peaceful means, but only if the root causes are eliminated. Russia wants to ensure its security for a long historical perspective,” he said, apparently referring to the complete conquest of Ukraine.

The dictator assured that Russia “will work with any partners who want to contribute to the Ukrainian settlement! At the same time, he accused Europe of trying to “lead Russia by the nose”.

Putin also brazenly proposed to introduce “international governance” in Ukraine under the auspices of the UN and a number of countries in order to hold elections. The dictator said that he wants to bring a “new government” to power in Ukraine, and then start negotiating a peace treaty with it and sign “legitimate documents that will be recognized worldwide and will be reliable.”

Zelenskyy’s advisor responded to these words by advising Putin, who is talking about the need to put Ukraine under UN control, to “take some pills” to start his brain functioning.

“If Putin is again trying to understand with whom he needs to interact in order to seriously move towards ending this war, perhaps he should just take pills to start his brain activity – if only such pills still work for him,” Lytvyn wrote.

In addition, Lytvyn said that over the past 24 hours there have been at least two confirmed Russian strikes that have damaged Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
