Government extends valid reservation period for mobilisation by one month

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has extended the current postponement of military service for a month. This was reported by the government’s representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

The decision was made at today’s meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the official said.

“It has been established that the terms of validity of deferrals from military service during mobilisation granted to persons liable for military service by the relevant decisions of the Ministry of Economy in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution of 27.01.2023 N 76 “Some issues of implementation of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On mobilisation preparation and mobilisation” regarding the reservation of persons liable for military service for the period of wartime mobilisation”, which have not expired on the day of this decision, are automatically extended for one month,” he wrote,

– melnychuk wrote.

Earlier, the government made a similar decision for the booked employees of Ukrzaliznytsia. Now, the Cabinet of Ministers has extended this rule to all booked employees in the country.
