Zelensky changes NSDC composition after government reset

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has renewed the composition of the National Security and Defense Council after the Cabinet of Ministers was reset.
This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
According to the Presidential Decree No. 501/2025, the following persons are included in the NSDC:
- Volodymyr Zelenskyy – President of Ukraine, Chairman of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine;
- Herman Galushchenko – Minister of Justice of Ukraine;
- Svitlana Hrynchuk, Minister of Energy of Ukraine;
- Andriy Yermak – Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine;
- Zagorodnyi Anatolii Hlibovych – President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;
- Oleh Ivashchenko, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine;
- Ihor Klymenko, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
- Ruslan Kravchenko – Prosecutor General of Ukraine;
- Viktor Lyashko – Minister of Health of Ukraine;
- Vasyl Maliuk – Head of the Security Service of Ukraine;
- Sergiy Marchenko – Minister of Finance of Ukraine;
- Andriy Pyshnyi, Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (by agreement);
- Pronin Philip Yevhenovych – Head of the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine (in agreement);
- Yulia Anatoliyivna Svyrydenko – Prime Minister of Ukraine;
- Andriy Sibiga, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
- Oleksandr Syrskyi – Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine;
- Ruslan Oleksiyovych Stefanchuk – Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (by agreement);
- Rustem Enverovych Umerov – Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine;
- Mykhailo Fedorov – First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine;
- Denys Shmyhal – Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
At the same time, it is noted that a number of decrees on changing the composition of the NSDC issued in 2024 and 2025 are no longer valid.
As a reminder, on July 17, the Verkhovna Rada supported the appointment of Yulia Svyrydenko as Prime Minister. Former Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal is now the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. At the same time, Andriy Sybiga is once again the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
