A star instead of a pyramid. Netpeak announced its rebranding to mark the company’s 20th anniversary.

Ukrainian marketing company Netpeak (part of FRACTAL) has announced a rebranding to mark its 20th anniversary on the market. This was reported by the company, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Netpeak says the new design highlights its current scale. The agency explains the rebranding as a scaling of its ecosystem. In 2025 alone, the company successfully launched the Base by Netpeak and Prosto Export by Netpeak brands. It expanded its network of global partnerships and certifications with industry leaders.
“The story of the FRACTAL group began with the Odessa-based agency Netpeak, which now unites three dozen companies with 1,700 jobs. Netpeak is transforming its role in its clients’ businesses after 20 years on the market. I consider this to be the third stage of the agency’s development,” the company said.
What has changed?
After rebranding, the agency’s name remained unchanged, but its positioning changed. From now on, Netpeak is a marketing partner for business. The logo has also changed. Previously, it was a pyramid, but now it has been reimagined and viewed from a new angle — from above. In the new interpretation, the shape reads as a star. Spiilka Design Büro, which recently redesigned Ukrposhta, was responsible for the design update. The concept is called Netpeak Star and reflects the “helicopter view” approach — a systematic view of the business from different angles and levels. The star has become the central element of the visual identity and is used as the main or auxiliary graphic module in communication. The color palette has been preserved, but its execution has become more contrasting and modern.
“A year ago, we began to break down Netpeak’s image into its components. We asked a simple question: what is it like? And we saw a charismatic engineer — confident, with deep expertise and focused on results. This is what we, together with Spiilka Design Büro, embodied in the identity,” said Ruslan Gutnikov, CMO of Netpeak.
The company explains that the changes are taking place against the backdrop of growing demand for comprehensive marketing solutions. According to CEO Dmitry Sklyar, the actual model of work has long gone beyond the boundaries of a classic digital contractor, and the old positioning did not reflect this. Nor did it reflect the image of an agency that works with clients on all continents.
“At some point, it became clear that our positioning no longer corresponded to who we had become. Netpeak, founded in Odessa as an SEO agency, has long gone beyond the boundaries of classic digital. We don’t just launch tools and fulfill requests — we integrate into the client’s business and help scale their processes. Therefore, we needed to honestly answer the question: who are we today? While searching for the answer, we discovered a new essence — today we are a marketing partner that ambitious businesses work with,” said Dmytro Sklyar, CEO & Partner at Netpeak.
The new model involves broader integration into clients’ business processes. It’s about a change in role: not just performing individual marketing tasks, but participating in business growth planning, entering new markets, and restructuring marketing processes. The brand also announces a strengthening of its international focus.
“Today, Netpeak has over 600 specialists, 20 departments, and more than 30 different products. In a number of segments, we see ourselves as drivers of change — and it’s not just about scale, but about our impact on the industry. Our mission is to take our partners to the next level through marketing and technology. We are looking for those who share our ambition to win. ‘With Netpeak, you can do more’ is not just a slogan, it is our desire to develop businesses and strengthen the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy,” said Artem Borodatyuk, founder of the FRACTAL group of IT companies.
According to Borodatyuk, the company serves 500 businesses in Ukraine and also operates in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and America. It has offices in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, and the US. According to him, in 2025, Netpeak demonstrated an overall growth of 21% compared to 2024 in all regions and segments where the company is represented. The changes are taking place against the backdrop of growing demand for integrated marketing solutions. According to the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition, Ukraine’s advertising market grew by 12% in hryvnia terms. The agency believes that the positive dynamics are related to a shift in customer requests from individual tools to systematic and comprehensive marketing work.
