Ukrainian Armed Forces are successful in two areas – ISW

Ukrainian troops are making progress in the north of Sumy region and in the area of Chasova Yar. This is evidenced by the latest report of analysts from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
According to experts, Ukrainian defense forces have advanced south of Oleksiyivka in Sumy region. Thus, there is evidence that the Russians attacked in the Sumy direction, in particular in the areas of Andriivka and Yablunivka. At the same time, Russian so-called “military commanders” claimed a counterattack by Ukrainian troops between Yablunivka and Khrapovshchyna, as well as in the area of Andriivka.

In the Kharkiv region, Russian troops continued their offensive in the north, but the enemy troops did not achieve any success. on June 28 and 29, they conducted offensive operations near Hlyboke and in the direction of Liptsia, as well as in the area of Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk region, Russian troops attacked near Stroyivka and Holubivka, as well as near Petropavlivka, in the area of Stepova Novoselivka and in the direction of Pishchane.
On the Lyman River, the Russian offensive was unsuccessful. They attacked in the area of Ridkodub, Zelena Dolyna, Shandryholove, Yampolivka, Myrne, Torsky and Serebryansky forest.

According to ISW, on June 29, Russian troops continued their offensive in the Siverskyi sector, but made no progress. At the same time, Ukrainian troops advanced in the direction of Chasovyi Yar.
