On the last day of the collection – Ukraine’s Independence Day – the band’s frontman Robert “Rob” Halford will draw glasses.
The metal legends Judas Priest, known for their support of Ukraine, have launched a large-scale fundraising campaign together with Vladislav Stadnik’s International Charitable Foundation Steel Wings. The first activity within the collection was an invitation to Vladislav, known among the Heavy Metal community as the author of the English-language video blog Metal Pilgrim, to join the band during the “Invincible Shield Tour” in Spain.
Throughout the tour, banners were placed at the venues calling for people to join the collection of medical equipment for Ukrainian hospitals. And everyone who donated had the opportunity to receive an exclusive medication from vocalist Rob Halford.

The second stage of the collection will be a raffle of iconic metal artefacts from Judas Priest and Doro Pesch, the vocalist of the heavy metal bands Warlock and DORO. Intermediate prizes, namely: vinyl signed by all members of Judas Priest, Doro Pesch bracelets and signed personal items of Warlock’s members, will be announced every two weeks on Friday on the Steel Wings’ pages on Facebook and Instagram.
The final of the collection will take place on 24 August, the Independence Day of Ukraine. The main lot will be raffled off for a donation of UAH 400 or more – Rob Halford’s glasses.
And the 10 participants who make the biggest donations will be guaranteed to receive a souvenir from Rob Halford or Doro Pesch.
