ORA CHARITY MARKET: Khrystyna Horniak organised a charity fair and raised funds for women’s military uniforms

TheORA CHARITY MARKET charity fair was held in Kyiv on the initiative of influencer and ambassador of theNGO “Zemlyachky“ Khrystyna Horniak ,which managed to raise 230,000 hryvnias for sewing military uniforms for defenders of Ukraine, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

The charity event took place in the open air at the Orangery at VDNKh and brought together hundreds of people who not only enjoyed the conversation and pleasant atmosphere, but also actively donated to an important good cause. The guests of the market had the opportunity to buy unique items from Ukrainian brands, including customised jackets, bright dresses and children’s clothing, silver and handmade jewellery, scented candles, cosmetics, tableware and more. Each purchase at the market served as a donation for fireproof and high-quality military uniforms for Ukrainian soldiers.

“I am grateful to all the guests of ORA CHARITY MARKET who found the time and opportunity to join such an important cause – raising funds for sewing military women’s uniforms. Witheach of our actions aimed at doing good, we protect those who protect us and our country ,” saidKhrystyna Horniak.

A real stir at the event was caused by a charity lottery, in which all those present had the opportunity to win valuable gifts for a donation of UAH 300 or more, including a dress from GASANOVA, cosmetics from VERA Beauty, a health check from OUTRE Clinic and ICSI Clinic, gift sets from Vichy, certificates from BACKSTAGE BEAUTY & REFRESH beauty salon, gifts from Im4You cosmetics and hair brand, gifts from Lancôme, jewellery from LUTIKI brand, a weekend in the Carpathians from Radisson blue and gifts from KRISTYGOR.

The amount of UAH 230 thousand for sewing and delivery of uniforms to the defenders was transferred to ORA CHARITY MARKET partners by the NGO Zemlyachki, represented by co-founder Ksenia Draganiuk. From the stage of the event, Ksenia thanked Khrystyna Gorniak for the initiative, the Ukrainian brands that joined and all Ukrainians who helped.

“Many thanks to everyone who understands the realities of today, does not put on rose-coloured glasses and does not despair, but does everything possible to be useful in the fight for our common freedom. And remember, if we do not see the war, it means that someone else sees it for us. We support the army. We will win,” commented Ksenia Draganiuk,co-founder of the NGO “Zemlyachki” Ksenia Draganiuk, co-founder of the NGO “Zemlyachki”.

The main gift for all the guests of the fair was the performances of Ukrainian artists: a talented singer with an incredible voice Marko Kvitko, young and fiery Ulyana Roys, as well as a secret star whose name the organisers kept secret until she came on stage. It was the singer KOLA, whose sensual hits include: “By the Heart”, “To You”, “Or Together?” were sung by the audience in unison.

KOLA urged the fair visitors to help our military every day and invited everyone to her birthday celebration, which will take place on 19 October at the Kyiv Sports Palace. The lucky ones who took part in the charity draw at ORA CHARITY MARKET have already received their tickets to the singer’s concert.

The fair lasted until late in the evening. Between purchases and performances, guests relaxed in a pleasant atmosphere, found out their fate in the famous CHI TATA tarot, took photos, hugged and talked to the event’s founder, Khrystyna Gorniak.

ORA CHARITY MARKET was held for the second time during the full-scale invasion. Khrystyna Gorniak announced that next year she would invite everyone to the fair again on an even larger scale to raise even more funds to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
