15 June 10:57

Following Russia’s massive nighttime attack, some trains in Ukraine are running with delays. The longest delays range from three to nearly four hours. This was reported by the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"

The company explained that the delays are due to damage to infrastructure, as well as the need for stops to evacuate passengers.

Why are trains delayed?

According to Ukrzaliznytsia, part of the railway infrastructure was damaged following overnight strikes. As a result, some trains are forced to run with delays.

Trains were also stopped to evacuate passengers. The company emphasized that despite the difficult situation, long-distance train service between cities has been maintained.

In particular, trains continue to run to Dnipro and back.
