Weather in Ukraine on April 17: Rain is expected in most regions

On Friday, April 17, the weather in Ukraine will remain largely unchanged. In most regions, conditions will be influenced by an atmospheric front moving in from the northwest, bringing light rain. At the same time, no precipitation is expected in some areas, and temperatures will rise to 19 degrees in places.

According to forecasters, on Friday, April 17, an atmospheric front will shape the weather in most regions of Ukraine. It will be the cause of light rain in many regions of the country.
At the same time, in the southeastern part of Ukraine, which will be under an area of high pressure, no precipitation is expected. Therefore, the weather there will be more stable and dry.

Light rain is forecast in most regions of Ukraine. This is due to the passage of an atmospheric front from the northwest.
Only the southeastern part of the country will remain dry. That is where forecasters do not expect rain due to the influence of a high-pressure system.

Forecasters note that a southwesterly wind will prevail in Ukraine ahead of the front. After it passes, the wind direction in the western and northern regions will shift to northwesterly.
This wind will bring cooler air. Wind speeds will be 5–10 meters per second.

At night, the air temperature in Ukraine will be 3–8 degrees.
During the day, temperatures will rise to 11–16 degrees.
At the same time, it will be warmer in Zakarpattia and the southeastern part of the country—there, temperatures will reach 14–19 degrees.

The highest temperatures on April 17 are expected in Zakarpattia and southeastern Ukraine.
It is in these regions that the air will warm up to 19 degrees, while in most other regions, daytime temperatures will range from 11 to 16 degrees.
