The dollar hits a new all-time high: exchange rates as of June 2

The National Bank of Ukraine has once again raised the official exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia. On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, the U.S. currency set a new all-time high of 44.30 UAH per dollar. Along with the dollar, the euro also rose, reaching 51.59 UAH on the second day of summer.
This is evidenced by data from the National Bank of Ukraine, reports "Komersant Ukrainian"
This new increase signals a further weakening of the hryvnia against major foreign currencies.
What is the dollar exchange rate as of June 2
The official US dollar exchange rate as of June 2 is set at 44.30 UAH. For comparison, as of June 1, it stood at 44.26 UAH.
Thus, the dollar rose by another 4 kopecks and once again set a new all-time high in Ukraine.

What is the euro exchange rate on June 2
The European currency also continued to rise. As of June 2, the official euro exchange rate was set at 51.59 UAH.
As of June 1, the euro exchange rate was 51.55 UAH, so it rose by 4 kopecks over the past day.

The National Bank of Ukraine set the following official exchange rates for Tuesday, June 2:
- 1 US dollar — 44.30 UAH
- 1 euro — 51.59 UAH
