Maspex Group, Poland’s largest privately owned food company, has acquired a stake in the mineral water producer “Karpatskaya Dzherelna.” This was reported by Forbes.ua, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
According to the founder and CEO of the “Karpatski Mineralni Vody” group of companies, the deal was finalized on June 1.
“80% belongs to the partners, 20% remains with me,” the publication quotes Serhiy Ustenko, founder of “Carpathian Mineral Waters,” as saying.
This information is confirmed by OpenDataBot: 20% of “Carpathian Mineral Waters” LLC now belongs to the Cypriot company Dynalum Finance, whose ultimate beneficiary is Ustenko, and 80% belongs to “Maspex Group” LLC.
According to OpenDataBot, on May 5, 2026, Tetiana Pshemetska replaced Serhiy Ustenko as the head of “Carpathian Mineral Waters” Trading House LLC. In addition, the founder’s share in the authorized capital changed, and a new founder—Maspex Group LLC—was added.
