Diia has simplified LLC registration: now it takes 5 minutes

LLC registration in Diia has become more convenient and faster. This was reported by the team of the Public Services Service, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs
After the improvements, LLC registration on the portal takes 5 minutes instead of 20.
What updates have been made
- Automatic determination of the ultimate beneficial owner – if the founder’s share in the authorized capital is 25% or more and he has a biometric document.
- All available data from the registers will be automatically pulled up, so you only need to add what is missing.
- User-friendly interface: adapted prompts and optimized registration steps make the process easier and reduce the risk of errors.
Diia also reminded how to use the service
- log in to the Diia portal
- fill out an application for registration of an LLC
- sign it with an electronic signature
- after that, if the applicant meets all the conditions, the LLC registration will automatically take place in just a few seconds.
What else can an entrepreneur do with Diia?
In addition to the expedited registration of an LLC, you can also easily make changes to the sole proprietorship and obtain an extract from the Unified State Register.
By the way, in September, Ukrainians opened the most businesses for the entire year and most often made changes to the sole proprietorship.
