This information comes from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".

According to forecasters, variable cloudiness will be observed throughout Ukraine on May 3. No precipitation is expected. The wind will be predominantly southwesterly, with only the southeastern regions retaining a northeasterly direction at a speed of 5–10 m/s.

Temperature readings:
- During the day, temperatures in most regions will range from 11 to 16°C. It will be significantly warmer in the western and northern regions, where temperatures will reach 16–21°C.
- At night, temperatures will range from 1 to 6°F. In the western and northern regions, the night will be milder—from 3 to 8°F above freezing.
Warning: Ground frosts of 0 to 3° are still possible overnight.
Weather in the capital region
Kyiv and the surrounding region will also be under the influence of a dry and sunny air mass. A moderate southwesterly wind is expected—5–10 m/s.
- Kyiv Oblast: Nighttime temperatures in the region will range from 3 to 8°F, while during the day residents can enjoy temperatures up to 16–21°F.
- Kyiv: The capital will see a frost-free night, with temperatures reaching 6–8°F. During the day, Kyiv is expected to have pleasant spring weather with temperatures of 17–19°F.
Forecasters note that Sunday will be an ideal day for outdoor recreation, but they remind us of the treachery of nighttime ground frost.
