The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated nearly 6 billion hryvnia in budget funds to support Ukrainian producers as part of the Made in Ukraine policy, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced, according to Komersant.
“The government has allocated more than 5.6 billion hryvnia to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs who continue to work in conditions of full-scale invasion, investment development, and demining of Ukrainian lands,” the prime minister said.
Thus, by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, UAH 1.8 billion was allocated to partially compensate (25%) the cost of agricultural machinery and equipment for about 5,000 farmers and food producers.
Another UAH 1.2 billion will be allocated to support Ukrainian goods and services through two programs: UAH 700 million for the implementation of the National Cashback program and UAH 475 million for partial compensation to businesses and municipal enterprises for the cost of Ukrainian industrial machinery and equipment.
One billion hryvnia has been allocated for the development of industrial infrastructure in industrial parks and another billion for compensation for the costs of demining agricultural land through the Humanitarian Demining program.
Another UAH 653.1 million was allocated to support the implementation of investment projects with significant investments to compensate investors for the costs of developing infrastructure facilities.
According to Svyrydenko, a total of about 37 billion hryvnia is planned for the “Made in Ukraine” program in 2026.
“In the context of a full-scale invasion, the Ukrainian economy is demonstrating resilience, and entrepreneurs continue to work and produce Ukrainian goods. Supporting business at this time helps to ensure the country’s defense, support the people, and create conditions for economic growth even in wartime,” the head of government noted.
On January 1, 2026, changes in five areas came into force as part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy to support Ukrainian manufacturers.
According to the Ministry of Economy’s calculations, in 2025, the “Made in Ukraine” program ensured 0.95 percentage points of GDP growth.
