Consumers in seven regions are without power: where there are power supply issues on June 9

As of June 9, due to hostilities and Russian shelling of energy infrastructure, some consumers in seven regions of Ukraine remain temporarily without power. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
The Ministry of Energy noted that energy workers are operating in an enhanced mode, and emergency repair work is continuing around the clock to restore power to all customers as quickly as possible.
Which regions are without power on June 9
According to official information from the Ministry of Energy, power supply issues on June 9 have been reported in the following regions:
- Dnipropetrovsk region
- Zaporizhzhia region
- Odesa region
- Sumy Region
- Kharkiv Oblast
- Kherson Oblast
- Chernihiv Oblast.
The power outages were caused by shelling and combat operations, which affected the operation of power facilities in these regions.
Where else are there power outages due to bad weather
In addition to combat damage, the power grid was also affected by the weather. The Ministry of Energy reported that more than 40 settlements in the Kyiv and Sumy regions were left without power due to bad weather.
Repair crews are already working to restore power.

Will there be power outage schedules on June 9
The Ministry of Energy emphasized that no restrictions are expected on June 9. In other words, no nationwide power outage schedules are anticipated for that day.
At the same time, Ukrainians are advised to monitor announcements from their regional power companies in case the situation in certain regions changes.
The Ministry has called on Ukrainians to use electricity sparingly during peak hours—in the morning and evening. The Ministry emphasizes that this helps reduce the load on the power grid, which continues to operate under constant attacks.
