“Diya” has launched online licensing for the gambling industry: how it works

Ukraine has launched an online licensing system for the gambling industry on the “Diya” portal. From now on, the process of obtaining permits for the gambling sector has been fully digitized. This was reported by the “Diya” press service, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
The new service allows users to complete the necessary paperwork online—without paper forms, queues, or unnecessary visits to government offices.
The service was implemented in collaboration with PlayCity. Documents are processed in the user’s personal account on the “Diya” portal.

After that, PlayCity processes the application, and the result is sent to the applicant in electronic format.
