Rain across most of Ukraine and a wide temperature range: weather forecast for June 3

On Wednesday, June 3, the weather in Ukraine will be mixed. It will warm up again in the west of the country, while temperatures will temporarily drop in the northern and central regions, as well as in the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions. This was reported by meteorologist Natalka Didenko, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
According to her forecast, daytime temperatures in some regions of Ukraine are expected to reach only 17–20 degrees, while in the west, east, and most of the south, the air will warm up to 22–26 degrees. Thus, the beginning of June will bring varied weather depending on the region.
Where it will be cooler on June 3
A temporary drop in temperature is expected:
- in the northern regions;
- in central Ukraine;
- in the Odesa region;
- in the Mykolaiv region.
In these regions, forecasters predict temperatures of 17–20 degrees during the day. These temperatures will feel noticeably cooler compared to other regions.
Where in Ukraine will the warm weather return
Warmer weather will prevail on June 3:
- in western Ukraine;
- in the eastern regions;
- across most of the south.
In these regions, temperatures will rise to 22–26 degrees. According to the forecast, the western part of the country will once again experience the return of true June warmth.

Will there be rain on June 3?
According to Natalka Didenko, rain will fall across nearly all of Ukraine, but it will be brief.
However, there is an exception: dry air will prevail in the eastern regions, so there will be less precipitation there, or it may not affect the region at all.
On Wednesday, southeasterly winds will prevail in Ukraine.
The meteorologist warns that strong gusts of wind are possible in the north, center, and south. Therefore, Ukrainians are urged to be cautious.
Weather in Kyiv on June 3
In the capital on Wednesday, expect:
- increasing cloud cover;
- a chance of light rain;
- a gusty southeasterly wind;
- a brief drop in temperature to 17–18 degrees.
At the same time, the meteorologist clarified that this cold snap in Kyiv will last only one day.
