Epicenter has launched a digital platform for businesses offering wholesale prices and financing

The “Epicenter Business” digital ecosystem combines business procurement, electronic document management, online lending, and other convenient services for legal entities and entrepreneurs.
Thanks to this project, companies will receive more favorable prices on products on the epicentrk.ua website, access to special purchasing terms, and a suite of digital services that previously required interaction with various systems, managers, and shopping centers.
Signing up for the platform takes just a few minutes: after logging in to epicentrk.ua, simply add your organization using its EDRPOU code or TIN. The data is automatically retrieved from government registries, and business mode is activated.
“Today, businesses expect the same fast and convenient user experience as in the B2C segment: a convenient and fast purchasing process, online credit, automated document flow, and a minimum of manual operations. Epicenter Business was created precisely to address these challenges—a platform that transforms corporate procurement from a fragmented process into a unified digital ecosystem,” says Yuriy Kudlik, director of the online sales and customer service department at Epicenter.
According to him, the project’s main value lies in the ability to make purchases more conveniently and at a lower cost. That is why the platform combines several cost-saving mechanisms: wholesale prices, discounts for payments made with Visa business cards, and free shipping.
Product prices automatically adjust based on purchase volume. The website features a wholesale price calculator that allows users to see the cost for different quantities before placing an order. As for free shipping, it applies to purchases of 7,000 UAH or more.
For business buyers, PrivatBank, PUMB, and Monobank periodically run promotions offering discounts ranging from 10% to 15% when paying with Visa business cards.
Another key feature of “Epicenter Business” is the integration of financial services. Thanks to this, users can make purchases in installments, via a loan, or using the BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) model without having to switch to third-party platforms or go through lengthy approval processes.
Business clients can obtain financing ranging from several tens of thousands to several million hryvnias. The entire process—from submitting an application to signing the contract—takes place online thanks to integration between the platform and its financial partners, including PrivatBank, A-Bank, and the eDilo service.
Equally important, the platform’s “Business Dashboard” provides companies with a wide range of self-service tools. Users can independently modify order parameters, set up recurring orders, manage deliveries, process returns, and more. Users can also receive electronic receipts, track transaction documents, and register tax invoices here. Additionally, users have access to procurement analytics, expense statistics, and information on savings achieved.
This is just the first stage of a large-scale transformation of the corporate division. By the end of the year, the platform will be available in the Epicenter mobile app, and customers will gain access to new services. Future plans include integrating marketplace products into the service, creating a partner loyalty program for legal entities and sole proprietors, launch a credit marketplace, introduce a co-branded business card with a credit limit and discounts on purchases, and much more.
The company’s goal is to triple its B2B sales volume by 2028 and make “Epicenter Business” the largest digital platform for corporate procurement in Ukraine.
