The Cabinet of Ministers has exempted companies affected by Russian attacks from inspections: details from Svyrydenko

To speed up reconstruction efforts, the Cabinet of Ministers has exempted the property of businesses affected by Russian shelling from inspections and introduced new loan programs for reconstruction. Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced this, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
From now on, inspections will not be conducted on real estate that:
- has been destroyed or damaged as a result of hostilities;
- is located in areas of active or potential hostilities or in temporarily occupied territories;
- is located on land deemed risky for agriculture or in areas contaminated or likely contaminated with explosive ordnance.
“Thus, inspections will not be conducted on tens of thousands of properties that meet these criteria. Businesses will be able to focus on recovery rather than on going through inspection procedures,” Svyrydenko noted.
At the same time, she said, state oversight will remain in place where people’s lives and health, environmental protection, national security, and the fulfillment of international obligations are at stake.
In addition, according to the prime minister, other support programs for businesses affected by the shelling remain in effect:
- A new affordable lending program for business recovery, offering up to 150 million hryvnias at 0.1% interest for the first two years—as part of the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” program. The program has been in effect since July 1.
- Compensation for insurance premiums of up to 3 million UAH for all regions and compensation for losses of up to 30 million UAH for frontline regions. Applications can be submitted via Diya.Business or the EKA platform.
- Recovery grants of up to 16 million UAH for manufacturing enterprises.
- Compensation for a portion of salaries and social security contributions to preserve jobs following shelling, as part of the “Point of Support” program.
