“Kyiv Modern Ballet” has announced an open call for ballet dancers

The “Kyiv Modern Ballet” Academic Theater is seeking ballet dancers to join its company for the new theater season.
Priority is given to performers for male roles in the repertoire and upcoming premieres.
Who is invited to participate
The casting call is intended for artists with professional dance training, a high level of performance skill, physical endurance, and a willingness to work with technically demanding material.
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to join repertoire performances and upcoming premieres of the “Kyiv ModernBallet in the new theater season, which kicks off on August 28 with a performance of the ballet “La Traviata” at the ICCM.
What the theater offers
Among the conditions the theater offers to future artists are official employment, work in a professional creative collective, participation in repertoire and premiere projects, performances on leading theater stages in Kyiv and Ukraine, as well as touring.
For employees subject to military service, the issue of deferment may be considered in accordance with the requirements of current Ukrainian legislation and provided there are grounds stipulated by law.
When and where will the casting take place
The casting is scheduled for July 4 at 2:30 p.m. at the Kyiv Opera House in Podil.
