lifecell has changed its rates: who will have to pay more

Starting April 15, mobile operator lifecell is changing the prices and features of a number of corporate rate plans. The updates will affect popular business plans, including “Digital Office” and “Business Union.”

Which plans will change
According to the company, the changes apply to the following plans
“Business Union,” “Business Alliance,” “Business League” (specifically the postpaid versions), as well as “Digital Office 250,” “Digital Office 250,” and “Digital Office 300.”
In addition to pricing, the operator will update data allowances and minutes for calls to other destinations.
For example, the “Digital Office 250” plan will be renamed “Digital Office 280,” and its price will increase from 250 to 280 UAH. At the same time, the data allowance will increase from 15 GB to 25 GB.
For the “Business Union” plan, the price will rise from 150 to 200 UAH, and the number of minutes to other networks will double—from 100 to 200 minutes.
The changes will also affect the “Football” and “Consultant Plus” plans—the fee for the service package will increase to 295 UAH.
What will happen with internet abroad
The operator is updating the terms of the “Gigabytes Without Borders” promotion. A list of 8 countries has been identified where the updated data allowances will apply: the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Norway, Turkey, Montenegro, and Switzerland.
“The additional internet traffic allowance will take effect from the moment the next service package is activated for the calendar month starting April 15, 2026,” the company notes.
For prepaid subscribers, the cost of the daily service package (if the monthly package has not been paid for) will be 10 hryvnias per day starting April 15. Options for subscribers The company offers users the opportunity to switch to any other available rate plan at no additional cost.
“Subscribers of the above-mentioned rate plans will be able to change their rate plan from April 8, 2026, to April 30, 2026 (inclusive) at no additional cost,” the lifecell announcement states.
Previous rate updates
lifecell had already raised prices for popular rate plans starting April 2, 2026. At that time, the price adjustment affected a significant portion of the company’s package offerings. Additionally, in February, the operator updated the terms for the “Maxi” and “Mega” rate plans. The changes took effect on February 18 and applied only to certain categories of subscribers.
