Efficiency and Human Resources
Despite challenging economic conditions, the chain demonstrates high efficiency in resource management.
Salaries: The company’s average pre-tax salary in 2025 rose to 66,424 UAH (compared to 52,062 UAH in 2024).
Workforce: The number of employees has stabilized at over 46,600, making ATB one of the country’s largest employers.
Productivity: Revenue per employee increased by 17% and amounts to over UAH 5.3 million per year.
The company’s financial condition is characterized by a high level of capitalization. The total value of ATB’s assets exceeded 62.75 billion UAH as of the end of 2025. Although the level of financial leverage remains high (ratio of 8.67), the company successfully manages significant working capital, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of goods to millions of Ukrainians.
It is worth noting that the company’s financial successes are accompanied by constant security challenges. On the morning of December 14, 2025, Russian troops struck an ATB supermarket in Zaporizhzhia, completely destroying the building.

This incident served as yet another reminder of the price paid for the stable operation of Ukrainian retail amid a full-scale invasion.
“The Cypriot Trail”
In addition to financial reports, changes occurred in the registration data. Specifically, in March 2025, the registered address of one of the beneficiaries (Viktor Karachun) changed; he is now officially registered in Nicosia, Cyprus.
