Oleksandr Urin, CEO of Okhmatdyt, in an interview for the YouTube channel "Komersant Ukrainian" stated that the hospital was able to attract record amounts of charitable donations despite significant reputational challenges.

According to him, the medical facility has completely overhauled its approach to working with donors. Urin reported that over the past year, the volume of aid reached significant levels:

“We managed to secure charitable aid in record amounts—this includes supplies, medications, work, and services worth one billion hryvnias.”

At the same time, the director acknowledged that the hospital had suffered serious reputational damage:

“Yes, indeed, our reputational damage was extremely high. But only through our work, openness, and transparency can we restore it.”

To boost trust, Okhmatdyt has implemented new approaches to resource management and procurement. Specifically, a digital warehouse was established, and maximum transparency in tender procedures was ensured through the ProZorro system. According to Urin, the hospital has made all procurements as transparent as possible and ranks first among Ministry of Health medical facilities in terms of the number of tenders conducted.

As reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", the director of “Okhmatdyt” spoke about the hospital’s reconstruction following the Russian Federation’s attack and the restoration of trust in the institution.
