The state agency “PlayCity” has fined the gambling operator “All City Games” more than 4.32 million hryvnias for violating gambling industry regulations.
This is stated in a press release from the state agency, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".
According to PlayCity representatives, the violation was discovered following a complaint from one of the players. During an unscheduled inspection of the organizer’s online system, it was found that the player had topped up their gaming account using a card belonging to a third party.
This constitutes a violation of the rules requiring gambling operators to ensure proper control of payment transactions and prevent the use of other people’s payment methods.
