The Makarska Pivovarnya (Makar Beer) craft brewery in the Fastiv District of Kyiv Oblast has been put up for sale. This was reported by Inventure, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
A 100% stake in the business is up for sale. The seller has set the price for the entire complex at $1.45 million.
What’s Being Sold for $1.45 Million
The production complex is located approximately 50 km from Kyiv. The facility was commissioned eight years ago.
Its assets include a privatized land plot measuring 17 sotok, and the total area of production, warehouse, and auxiliary facilities is approximately 1,500 square meters.
According to the information provided in the listing, the enterprise has all the necessary permits, licenses, and certifications for its operations.
What is the company’s production capacity?
The complex is equipped for a full production cycle. The enterprise’s stated maximum capacity is up to 80 metric tons of product per month.
The facility houses production equipment, tanks for technological processes, a water treatment system, sanitation equipment, a bottling line, as well as storage and auxiliary facilities.
In addition, there is potential for further technical expansion of production.
The brand and two facilities are being sold along with the plant
The sale is not limited to real estate and production equipment.
The business assets also include the rights to Makar Beer, established distribution channels, and two operating branded establishments in Kyiv.
Thus, the $1.45 million asking price covers not just a single commercial real estate property, but 100% of the operating business, along with tangible and some intangible assets.

In addition to the production facilities, the site features a historic mill dating back to 1905, which, according to the seller, was built by the landowner Khayetsky.
