Russia is attacking Kyiv with ballistic missiles: Klitschko reported fires in two districts

On the night of July 7–8, Russian forces launched another ballistic missile attack on Kyiv. The missile strikes caused fires in the Desnianskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts of the capital. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported this on his official Telegram channel, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Timur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, warned of the ballistic attack and urged residents to take shelter.
Warehouse buildings are on fire in the Desnianskyi district
According to Vitali Klitschko, a Russian missile struck the Desnianskyi district of the capital.
The strike caused a massive fire in the warehouse complex.
“In the Desnianskyi district, warehouses are on fire as a result of a missile strike,” the mayor of Kyiv reported.
Information regarding possible casualties is being verified.
A fire broke out in the Svyatoshynsky district
Another fire has been reported in the Svyatoshynsky district of the capital.
According to preliminary reports, a non-residential building caught fire following an enemy strike.
Rescue workers, fire and rescue units, and other emergency services are on the scene.

Kyiv is under attack by ballistic missiles
The mayor confirmed that Russia used ballistic weapons in its attack on the capital.
“The enemy is attacking the capital with ballistic missiles. Stay in shelters!” Klitschko urged.
During the air raid alert, Kyiv residents are asked not to ignore the danger signals and to remain in safe places until an official all-clear is announced.
Emergency services are on the scene
Efforts to address the aftermath of the Russian attack are currently underway.
