Russia attacked Zaporizhzhia with drones: a residential building was damaged, and there are casualties

On the evening of June 4, Russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia with strike drones for several hours straight. As a result of the enemy strikes, a residential building in the city was damaged, a fire broke out, and the number of casualties, according to updated figures, has risen to 10 people. The attack was reported by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
Initial reports mentioned several wounded. As of 9:00 p.m., four residents of Zaporizhzhia were known to have been injured, including two men and two women, with one woman in critical condition.
Later, according to updated information as of 10:15 p.m., the number of injured rose to 10 people.

According to Ivan Fedorov, Russian drones attacked the city in waves over the course of several hours. One of the strikes hit a residential area: a high-rise building in the city was damaged, and a fire broke out at the site of the strike.
Rescue and emergency services immediately began working at the sites of the strikes.
Information about the extent of the damage and the condition of all those affected was being updated in real time.

Zaporizhzhia Under Attack by Russia Again
In recent days, Zaporizhzhia and the region have been regularly targeted by Russian drones. The day before, on June 3, a man was killed in the city as a result of a UAV attack, and earlier, regional authorities also reported damage to civilian facilities and injuries resulting from other strikes.
The latest attack has once again struck the city’s civilian infrastructure. The damage to a residential building and the injuries sustained by civilians serve as yet another confirmation that Russian strikes on Zaporizhzhia pose a direct threat to the civilian population.
As a reminder, on the night of June 2, Russia launched a massive strike on Kyiv using missiles and drones. Numerous fires, the destruction of residential buildings, and damage to civilian facilities were reported in the capital.
