Russia attacked two gas stations in the Dnipropetrovsk region: one person was injured, and a business was damaged

On the night of July 10, Russian occupation forces attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly ten times. Two gas stations, a business, residential buildings, and cars were hit. A 36-year-old man was wounded as a result of the shelling. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing a morning briefing by Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the Russian army attacked the Nikopol, Samariv, and Pavlohrad districts overnight.
In the Marganetsk community of the Nikopol district, a 36-year-old man was injured as a result of a strike on a factory. Medical personnel provided him with the necessary care; he will undergo outpatient treatment.
Gas stations were once again targeted
Russian troops have once again attacked fuel infrastructure facilities.
According to the Regional Military Administration, gas stations were damaged:
- in the Samarivsky District;
- in the Mezhyrich community of the Pavlohrad district.
In addition:
- a car caught fire in Pavlohrad;
- private residential buildings were damaged;
- damage to civilian infrastructure was reported.
Information regarding the extent of the damage is being clarified.
Russia is intensifying its attacks on Ukraine’s fuel infrastructure
In recent days, Russian occupation forces have been systematically striking gas stations in various regions of Ukraine.
Gas stations have already come under fire in:
- Kharkiv Oblast;
- Sumy Oblast;
- Poltava Oblast;
- Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
The enemy most often attacks fuel infrastructure in regions located near the front lines or within range of strike drones.
Is there a threat of a fuel shortage?
Despite the series of attacks, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine states that the situation on the fuel market remains under control.
Earlier, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko reported that the government, together with fuel market operators, is implementing a set of measures to ensure an uninterrupted supply of gasoline and diesel fuel to the population, businesses, the Armed Forces, and critical infrastructure facilities.
According to the government, there is currently no fuel shortage in Ukraine.
