8 June 12:40
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced new auctions for the sale of sanctioned assets on the Prozorro.Sales platform. The list includes seven lots with a total starting price of 29.2 million hryvnias. Among them are two apartments in Kyiv, an apartment in Irpin, and four Toyota cars that previously belonged to sanctioned individuals. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
Anyone may participate in the auctions, except for individuals associated with the aggressor state.
What assets are up for sale
The most expensive lots are two apartments in Kyiv that previously belonged to Russian propagandist and designer Artemiy Lebedev.
The first is a two-level, three-bedroom apartment with an area of 193 square meters on Saksahanskoho Street. It features an entryway with a living room, a bedroom, offices, a kitchen, several bathrooms, storage rooms, and balconies. The starting price for this lot is 14.1 million UAH.

Lebedev’s second apartment is also a two-level, three-room unit. It is located on Yaroslaviv Val in Kyiv, has an area of 138 square meters, and includes bedrooms, an entryway, a storage room, a kitchen, a living room, a balcony, and bathrooms. The starting price for this property is 10.6 million UAH.

Which asset is linked to Natalia Pashchenko
The State Property Fund has put up for sale, as a separate lot, an apartment in Irpin that previously belonged to Natalia Pashchenko—the so-called “Minister of Health” in the occupied part of Luhansk Oblast.

This is a two-room apartment with an area of 49 square meters, featuring an entryway, kitchen, and bathroom. The starting price for the lot is 2.2 million UAH.

Four more lots consist of Toyota cars that previously belonged to Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.
All vehicles are located in the Mykolaiv region, and the starting price for each car begins at 524,000 UAH.

When will the auctions take place
The Ministry of Economy has specified that all auctions are scheduled for June 30, 2026. The sale of sanctioned assets is taking place through Prozorro.Sales online auctions in accordance with the procedure for the sale of assets for which a court decision on the application of sanctions has already been issued.
This procedure was approved by Resolution No. 75 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 21, 2026.
Where will the proceeds from the sale go?
The government emphasizes that proceeds from the sale of sanctioned assets do not remain on the balance sheets of individual institutions.
They are transferred to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression, which finances the country’s reconstruction following Russian attacks.
This means that the confiscated property of sanctioned individuals is effectively being converted into a resource for Ukraine’s recovery.
As is known, in February 2023, based on materials from the Security Service and the State Bureau of Investigations, the High Anti-Corruption Court granted the Ministry of Justice’s claim regarding the transfer to Ukrainian state ownership of enterprises that belonged to Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.
The court’s decision concerned the Mykolaiv Alumina Plant, as well as the mining companies “Hlukhiv Quartzite Quarry,” “Khust Quarry,” and “Zhezheliv Quarry.”
The value of the property transferred to Ukraine at that time amounted to over 10 billion hryvnias.
Who is Deripaska
Oleg Deripaska is a Russian oligarch and billionaire, owner of the “Basic Element” holding company, and head of “Russian Aluminum,” “Siberian Aluminum,” and the Sayano-Shushenskaya Aluminum Plant. In 2008, his fortune was estimated at $28 billion, but by 2020 it had fallen to just $2.3 billion. He has been under U.S. sanctions since April 2018 and under sanctions from other Western countries since 2022 due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. In 2022, he called for peace and the swiftest possible peace negotiations with Ukraine.
Recently, Ukraine announced charges against Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska and detained two of his top Ukrainian managers who supplied raw materials to Russia for the production of Iskander ballistic missiles.
Almost two years ago, Ukraine seized the assets of oligarch Deripaska. The seized assets include 12 land plots, a seaport complex, apartments, administrative buildings, production facilities, 46 vehicles, and 240 pieces of specialized equipment.
