A web portal of court decisions on war crimes, War Crime, will be created in Ukraine. This was announced by Leonid Sapelnikov, Deputy Head of the State Judicial Administration for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The official announced the creation of such a platform during the conference “Justice in National Courts in War Crimes Cases” held in Kyiv under the slogan “Defending the Inevitability of Punishment”.
The War Crime platform will provide quick and open access to court decisions and enable lawyers and researchers to track court practice in war crimes cases, as well as open up more tools for analysis and systematization.
Reportedly, more than 140,000 war crimes cases have been registered in Ukraine to date. Decisions in these cases will be collected on a separate digital platform called War Crime.
