The “Aladdin” shopping mall, part of the commercial real estate portfolio of the Dragon Capital group of companies, has announced the signing of a lease agreement with “Puzata Hata,” a chain of Ukrainian restaurants. The new 780-square-meter restaurant will open on the second floor of the shopping center. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing the Ukrainian Retailers Association.

The restaurant will operate as a casual dining spot with a buffet, complemented by a café area serving drinks and desserts. The menu will feature traditional Ukrainian cuisine, as well as seasonal offerings with European dishes and the brand’s original signature creations.

“Puzata Hata” is the most recognizable national brand in its segment and targets a broad audience—from families to office workers and young people.

The company emphasizes the importance of the new location: “We continue to expand the brand’s presence in key shopping centers in the capital. The Aladdin shopping center is a location with high foot traffic, convenient transportation access, and a loyal customer base. When opening new Puzata Khata locations, our focus is on creating the most comfortable atmosphere for our guests in terms of space organization and a comprehensive menu. That is why we are updating the interiors of our restaurants, planning a design in a modern European style with convenient zoning of the space where you can have lunch, drink coffee, or work. At the same time, we offer guests a wide selection at affordable prices to meet all the needs of our audience at each of our locations: breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the restaurant, fresh-frozen meals, as well as the option to order takeout and home delivery. “We are confident that the new restaurant will become a popular spot for visitors to the shopping center,” commented the PR department of the “Puzata Khata” chain.

According to Olena Tkachuk, Commercial Director of the Aladdin Shopping Center, signing the agreement with the “Puzata Khata” chain is a logical step in the development of the Aladdin Shopping Center. “We are systematically working to strengthen our tenant mix and strive to attract brands that are familiar and relatable to our audience. The arrival of such a strong Ukrainian operator will be a significant addition to the mall’s overall concept and will enhance the comfort of our visitors’ experience,” she says.
