The profession of “Military Registration Inspector” will appear in Ukraine

The National Qualifications Agency has registered the professional standard “Military Registration Inspector”. From now on, this document will be used by all Ukrainian enterprises that plan to hire a specialist for this position. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to ArmyInform.
Colonel Oleksiy Dudka, one of the developers of the standard and chief specialist of the department of the Central Directorate of Military Education and Science of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said that according to the current legislation, military records must be kept at every enterprise.
“There are more than a million enterprises in Ukraine, and there are no specialists who know exactly what to do in this position. This standard, as a document, will now serve as a beacon to guide us: what a person in this position should do in all Ukrainian enterprises where military records are kept. And it is now conducted everywhere,” said Oleksiy Dudka.
The officer emphasized that before the large-scale invasion, military registration was not paid as much attention as it is now. Now, when the issue of mobilization and the availability of personnel is on the agenda, the state has begun to think about it seriously, but there are no real experts on this issue.
“The mentioned standard regulates these issues both for employers who hire these specialists and for ordinary citizens, people liable for military service, who work at all enterprises of our country. At the very least, the specialist who will hold this position will be able to tell how to comply with the laws of Ukraine in terms of fulfilling their military duty, how to avoid fines from the Tax and Customs Committee and the Joint Venture, what to do, and how to fulfill this duty to the state,” added Oleksiy Dudka.
He emphasized that this standard is a guide for all people who currently know too little to finally resolve mobilization issues in our country:
“The first thing that companies that get acquainted with this standard should do is send their specialists for training. Currently, about two dozen educational institutions offer advanced training courses that teach this science to some extent. After completing such courses, a specialist from the company will meet this standard.”
