The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center has published a weather forecast for Sunday, July 19, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Weather in Ukraine
Partly cloudy conditions are expected in Ukraine tomorrow.
In the western regions, as well as in Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, and, during the day, in some parts of Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, and Odesa regions, there will be moderate, and in some places heavy, rain, thunderstorms, and, in isolated areas, hail and squalls of 15–20 m/s. The rest of the country will be dry.

Winds will be predominantly from the south, and from the northwest in the western regions, at 7–12 m/s.
Nighttime temperatures will range from 13–18°, up to 21° along the coast; daytime temperatures will range from 26–31°, and 22–27° in the western regions.
Weather in Kyiv
Partly cloudy skies are expected tomorrow in Kyiv and the surrounding region. No precipitation at night; during the day, brief showers and thunderstorms in some areas.
The wind will be from the south at 7–12 m/s.
Temperatures across the region will range from 13–18° at night to 26–31° during the day; in Kyiv, temperatures will range from 15–17° at night to 29–31° during the day.
