Russian troops destroyed a UN humanitarian warehouse in Dnipro

A humanitarian warehouse belonging to the United Nations World Food Program in Dnipro was attacked four times by drones over the past 24 hours. No mission staff were injured. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing a statement from the United Nations World Food Program.
This is the seventh incident in the last three months in which clearly marked WFP facilities in Ukraine have been damaged by drone strikes, including this warehouse and one of the organization’s vehicles.
“This is not an isolated incident. We are seeing an alarming trend of increasing attacks on humanitarian facilities and operations across the country,” said Richard Reagan, WFP’s representative in Ukraine. “Over the past two years, the WFP has documented more than 90 incidents that have affected our warehouses, vehicles, aid distribution points, and the property of national humanitarian partners throughout Ukraine.”
The WFP emphasizes that international humanitarian law prohibits attacks on civilian and humanitarian infrastructure. Such incidents directly threaten the delivery of vital aid to the civilian population affected by the war.
It should be noted that the United Nations World Food Programme is the world’s largest humanitarian organization, saving lives in emergencies and using food assistance to pave the way for peace, stability, and prosperity for people recovering from conflicts, natural disasters, and the effects of climate change.
