In January–March 2026, the Export-Credit Agency supported export contracts with a total value of 6.14 billion hryvnias.

This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

During this period, 17 loans were insured and 25 export agreements were supported for 21 Ukrainian exporters.

“Every hryvnia of the ECA’s insurance liability was converted into 24.2 hryvnias of future export revenue,” the statement said.

The largest volume of supported exports was provided by enterprises in three regions: Khmelnytskyi (4,600.0 million UAH), Lviv (501.9 million UAH), and Chernihiv (419.4 million UAH).

The main importing countries for Ukrainian products in the first quarter of 2026 were

  • Germany (1,109.9 million UAH),
  • Poland (678.5 million UAH), Hungary (677.7 million UAH)
  • Moldova (281.8 million UAH).

In terms of product structure, the largest support was provided for exports of furniture and related products—4,611.8 million UAH. The activities of the Export-Credit Agency of Ukraine are part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy for the development of Ukrainian manufacturers, the ministry notes.

Its goal is to support non-raw material exports, develop manufacturing, and attract investment into the real sector.
