Andriy Yermak is set to be served with a notice of suspicion

Today, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko announced that a formal notice of suspicion will reportedly be “served very soon” on Andriy Yermak, the former head of the President’s Office. He made this announcement on his Telegram channel, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“Andriy Yermak is traveling around Kyiv in an ambulance. This won’t help him personally. A formal notice of suspicion will be served on the former head of the President’s Office very soon,” the politician wrote.
On the same day, former MP Boryslav Bereza also published announcements regarding possible future procedural actions by NABU/SAPO against Andriy Yermak.
“It is no longer a secret and it is known that this week, former head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak will be served with a notice of suspicion of corruption. It is unknown whether lawyer Bakanov will defend Yermak and whether Ali Baba will once again cry out that his honor has been taken away and he is immediately heading to the front. But it is already known that the Office of the President is also aware of the charges and is preparing to fight back,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
The “Midas” Case and Yermak’s Resignation
In the wake of the NABU/SAPO special operation called “Midas” to expose alleged corruption schemes in the energy sector, Andriy Yermak lost his position as head of the Presidential Office.
In the “tapes” released by NABU featuring conversations between individuals involved in the case, a person referred to as “Ali Baba” is mentioned.
There is no official confirmation from law enforcement that this nickname specifically refers to Andriy Yermak, but numerous experts, politicians, and activists publicly suggest that this nickname actually belongs to the former head of the Presidential Office.
