BEB is spending nearly 300,000 hryvnias on a rebranding project, according to Prozorro

The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine has announced a tender for the development of a brand identity and brand book. The estimated cost of the work is 295,000 UAH, according to "Komersant Ukrainian", citing the Prozorro public procurement portal.
According to the documentation, the subject of the procurement is classified as “Advertising and Marketing Services.” The project involves creating a visual identity and brand book for the agency.
The deadline for submitting proposals is February 7, 2026.
The procurement is funded from the state budget of Ukraine.
The document on the technical, qualitative, and quantitative characteristics of the procurement states that:
“The brand book establishes a unified and recognizable visual identity for the BEB. Its implementation ensures common standards for visual communication for both the central office and regional offices. A key element of the brand book is the logo, which ensures consistent and accurate identification of the institution in all informational materials.”
In addition, the Brand Book must be available in Ukrainian and English and offer the following benefits:
- Increased brand recognition, trust, and professionalism in communications
- Standardization of visual materials (presentations, reports, printed materials, web resources, social media, merchandise)
- Establishment of standards for the logo, fonts, colors, composition, illustrations, and other identity elements
- Saving time and resources on creating and approving materials thanks to ready-made templates and usage guidelines.
The main result that BEB expects from the procurement winner:
- A unified brand book with clear guidelines for the use of the logo, colors, fonts, and graphic elements
- Ready-made templates for presentations, social media, videos, and print materials, in a format that is easy to edit and adapt to any needs
- Options for adapting the visual identity for regional offices while maintaining the overall style
Change in BEBLeadership
On August 6, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Oleksandr Tsivinsky as Head of the Bureau of Economic Security (BES).
