Chernihiv came under a massive attack: a large-scale fire broke out in the city

On the night of April 19, Russian occupiers launched a massive drone attack on Chernihiv. Reports are already coming in of casualties and damaged buildings in the city.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing a Telegram post by Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, head of the Chernihiv Military Administration.
“The city is under a massive enemy attack with kamikaze drones. A UAV has been confirmed to have crashed in the city,” the message stated at 1:17 a.m.
About half an hour later, Bryzhynsky clarified that two private homes caught fire and an educational institution was damaged as a result of the drone strikes.
“There are casualties; details are being confirmed,” he added.
As a reminder, over the past few days, the occupiers have resumed shelling energy facilities and other targets not only in the Chernihiv region.
