The company has launched a new-concept children’s store featuring products for kids, brand zones, “live” dinosaurs, and the opportunity to test out toys.

The new Epic, spanning over 2,400 square meters, opened in mid-July on the second floor of the Epicenter shopping center in Kyiv at 6-B Berkovetska Street.

It features a wide range of products (60,000 SKUs) from leading global brands and popular private labels (Bambinelli, Hello World, Pixie, MaxxPro Kids). This includes products for infants, children’s transportation and furniture, as well as clothing, footwear, and textiles from Ukrainian and international manufacturers. For example, this store features the chain’s first full-fledged brand zone dedicated to the well-known Finnish manufacturer Reima.

One of the distinctive features of the new format is a significant expansion of the areas dedicated to “kidults”—adult shoppers who are passionate about toys, collecting, and pop culture. Right at the store entrance, visitors are greeted by a collectible figurine zone featuring characters from movies, comics, and video games, showcasing original Labubu figures and other popular collectible series. Nearby is one of the largest LEGO zones, a separate wall dedicated to popular Hot Wheels cars, and a wide selection of board games, building sets, and collectibles.

A unique feature of the new flagship store is the areas where shoppers can test out toys, as well as large-scale interactive installations—including realistic animated dinosaurs—that turn a visit to Epic into a true family adventure.

In addition, for the first time in this new format, the company has introduced a dedicated book section, complete with comfortable reading and relaxation areas nearby.

“We’ve noticed that the popularity of products for ‘kidults’ has been growing rapidly in recent years, so we’ve created a space that will appeal not only to children but also to adults. At the same time, our main goal remains to offer families everything they need for their children’s development, education, creativity, and leisure—all in one place. That’s exactly why the new Epic combines the widest selection of products, world-renowned brands, an interactive format, and the opportunity to experience something new with every visit,” commented Olena Solovyova, director of the “Children’s Products” division at the Epicenter chain.

In addition to a wide range of products, the new store offers additional services and conveniences for customers. In particular, it will feature a concept-based children’s hair salon, and parents will be able to use the mother-and-child room to feed their baby, change a diaper, perform hygiene routines, or simply let their child rest.
