Maguchikh won the second Diamond League meet of the season

Ukrainian track and field athlete Yaroslava Mahuchikh won the Diamond League meet in Rabat, Morocco. In the high jump, she was the only athlete to clear the bar at 1.97 meters.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine.
Mahuchikh cleared the winning height on her second attempt.
Maguchikh won the Diamond League event in Rabat
Yaroslava Mahuchikh won the Diamond League event in Rabat, the capital of Morocco. The Ukrainian athlete won the high jump competition with a result of 1.97 m.
This result was the best among all the tournament participants. No other athlete was able to clear that height.
Mahuchikh cleared 1.97 m on her second attempt, which secured her victory in the event.
Attempts at 2.00 m and 2.02 m
After her victory was effectively secured, Yaroslava Mahuchikh continued her performance and attempted the 2.00 m height.
The Ukrainian made two attempts at this height, but both were unsuccessful. After that, the athlete raised the bar to 2.02 m, but she was unable to clear this height either.
Despite this, her result of 1.97 m remained the best in the competition and secured Maguchikh first place.
Yulia Levchenko finished the competition in fourth place
Yulia Levchenko also represented Ukraine in the high jump.
She cleared 1.91 m and finished the Diamond League meet in Rabat in fourth place.
Thus, two Ukrainian track and field athletes were among the strongest competitors of the stage.
Who were the stage winners
Second place in the competition went to Australian high jumper Eleanor Patterson. She cleared 1.94 m.
Third place went to Serbian athlete Angelina Topić, who also cleared 1.94 m but ended her performance after that result.

Maguchikh’s second victory of the Diamond League season
The victory in Rabat marked yet another successful performance for Yaroslava Mahuchikh in the Diamond League season.
In April, the Ukrainian athlete had already won the first stage of the tournament. At that time, she was also the only athlete to clear 1.97 m.
Maguchikh’s consistent high-level performance confirms her status as one of the top favorites of the season in the high jump.
