The Ministry of Defense reports stable operation of its registers and announces new digital services

It is assumed that the decisions of the military medical examination will not be submitted in paper form to the TCC, but in electronic form to the information and communication systems of the Ministry of Defense, in particular the Oberig register.
“As a result, medical examinations will be available in any convenient medical facility listed in the list, and doctors’ reports will be stored in digital form with the signatures of responsible persons,” said the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
She emphasized that the purpose of the military medical examination reform is to increase its efficiency, separate the functions of the MEC and the TEC, avoid queues at territorial recruitment centers and reduce corruption risks.
The process of returning to service has already been facilitated for the military
Soldiers who have left their units without permission will be able to return to service and change units thanks to new reports to the Army. This is a reminder from the Defense Ministry.
It takes 5 minutes to fill out a report for returning to service. The rest of the way to the new unit is quick and easy. You will receive notifications and explanations about each subsequent stage of your return.
So, what will this process look like?
– The soldier will fill out a report and choose a department of the VSP where he can arrive in 24 hours.
– The department will issue the documents and help you safely get to one of the 17 reserve military units.
– Within 72 hours, the commander of such a unit must restore all cash payments and social guarantees.
– After that, the soldier can fill out a report on changing the place of service to transfer to the desired unit. To do this, you need to have a letter of recommendation (relationship).
The Ministry of Defense reminded that if a serviceman has left the unit without permission not for the first time, he can submit such a report by law only until December 31 inclusive.
The registers of the Ministry of Defense are operating normally
As you know, as a result of the cyberattack, the Ministry of Justice has suspended the operation of all state registers administered by the Ministry of Justice to avoid further threats.
For its part, the Defense Ministry said on Friday that its services are working without fail. Electronic reports and military records remain available.
The only temporary restriction is that the Ministry of Defense had to suspend deferrals to the Reserve due to the restoration of state registers by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. However, as the Ministry emphasized, all deferrals already received remain valid and are correctly reflected in the Reserve.
