Frosts down to -21, snow in some places: weather forecast for February 19

The weather in Ukraine on February 19 will be very frosty. Snow and ice are also expected. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.
Today’s temperatures will not change significantly, and precipitation is expected only in some regions.
Most regions are expected to have dry weather with partly cloudy skies, but in the afternoon an atmospheric front will approach from northwestern Europe, bringing snow to the northern and northwestern regions.
There may be ice on the roads, except for Transcarpathia and the south.
The wind will be westerly, 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will be from -9° to -14°, in the Carpathians and eastern regions – up to -21°.
During the day, it is expected to be -6° to 3°, with the warmest temperatures in Zakarpattia and Odesa regions. Due to frost and ice, drivers should be careful on the roads. Residents of the northern regions should prepare for possible snow in the afternoon.
