Former U.S. President Biden’s cancer has spread to his bones — media reports

Hunter Biden, the son of former U.S. President Joe Biden, said his father’s cancer has spread to his bones and other parts of his body. He made these remarks in an interview with the BBC, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
According to Hunter Biden, the former president rarely complains about his health, even though the cancer is progressing.
“The cancer has spread and metastasized to the bones and beyond. It’s very painful. And in many ways, it’s really weakening him. But he’s still on his feet; he’s still going about his business. And he believes so strongly in this country,” Biden said.
He added that “he wishes his father would complain more.”
“My father has been and remains the center of our family, not just because of who he is as a public figure, but solely because of who he is to each of us—to his grandchildren and great-grandson. He is our rock,” said the former president’s son.
Biden’s Illness
As a reminder, in May 2025, then-U.S. President Joe Biden announced that he had late-stage prostate cancer that had metastasized to his bones.
This, in turn, sparked a wave of concern and a new round of questions about Biden’s health and whether he had faced undisclosed or unknown medical issues during his presidency.
At the time, Biden’s office stated that he was considering several treatment options to ensure “effective management” of the disease.
In October, Biden completed a course of radiation therapy to treat an aggressive form of prostate cancer. However, that was not the end of his treatment.
