Telecommunications operators have warned Russians about the disconnection of the mobile Internet.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to Russian propaganda media.
Subscribers of T2, MTS and other operators may be left without mobile Internet connection. The operators explain this by “ensuring security measures”.
MTS noted that even without connection, subscribers will be able to use “familiar digital services”. T2 called the websites on the “white list” “popular online services”.
In the absence of the Internet, Russians will be able to use VK, Odnoklassniki, Mail.ru, the Max platform, Ozon and Wildberries marketplaces, Yandex, Zen, Rutube, the Mir payment system website, and personal accounts of Beeline, Megafon, MTS, and Ros telecom operators.
The websites of a number of media outlets will also be available, including RIA Novosti, TASS, Gazeta.ru, and RBC, as well as the websites of Russian Railways, the Tutu.ru travel portal, 2GIS navigator, Maxim taxi, and the Gismeteo weather forecast website.
