The warehouses of “Toyota Ukraine” and “INTERTOP Ukraine” were destroyed in a Russian attack

5 August 17:12

As a result of a Russian attack on the night of August 5, a warehouse containing spare parts and related products belonging to Toyota Ukraine was destroyed. The company announced this on Facebook, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

Toyota Ukraine noted that the attack resulted in the loss of a warehouse containing spare parts and related products. At the same time, the company thanked its employees, partners, and emergency services who quickly stepped in to address the aftermath.

“Our team is already implementing a set of measures to restore logistics processes and ensure a stable supply of products to the Toyota dealer network in Ukraine. Alternative logistics solutions have been implemented to minimize the impact on our customer service,” the statement reads.

The company warned that due to the loss of the warehouse, there may be temporary delays in the delivery of certain spare parts, accessories, lubricants, and other goods.

“Thank you for your understanding, support, and trust. We are continuing to work to return to our normal operations and to continue providing uninterrupted support to our customers and partners. Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones,” the company said.

“INTERTOP Ukraine” Warehouses Destroyed

The Russian attack also completely destroyed INTERTOP Ukraine’s main logistics warehouse, from which tens of thousands of orders were shipped across the country every day. INTERTOP Ukraine reported this on Instagram.

The company reported that as a result of the nighttime Russian attack, the main logistics warehouse where INTERTOP Ukraine’s goods were stored was completely destroyed. This refers to the high-tech DENKA LOGISTICS complex, which had served as the MTI Group’s primary logistics hub since 2009.

“The scale of the destruction is immense. In a matter of minutes, one of the company’s key logistics facilities—which had been operating without interruption since 2009—was destroyed. It was from here that tens of thousands of orders were shipped daily to our customers throughout Ukraine. Along with the warehouse, a significant portion of our inventory, logistics infrastructure, and equipment has been lost,” the statement reads.

Despite the extensive damage, there were no fatalities or injuries among employees.

INTERTOP Ukraine emphasized that it is already assessing the consequences of the attack and restructuring its logistics processes to minimize the impact on customers.

“We are doing everything possible to ensure you experience as little disruption as possible. There is a lot of work ahead. After all, the enemy will never destroy our ability to work, unite, and rebuild what is ours,” the company stated.

INTERTOP also thanked the State Emergency Service rescue workers, the Ukrainian Defense Forces, as well as customers and partners for their support and trust.

As previously reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" , “Epicenter,” Rozetka, and “Nova Poshta” were targeted by the Russians.
