U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he does not want to rush into a deal with Iran, but rather wants to reach a favorable agreement, and ruled out the use of nuclear weapons against that country, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“I don’t want to rush. We have plenty of time. I want to strike a favorable deal that will protect our country and the entire world from madmen with nuclear weapons,” he told reporters at a White House briefing .
He noted that they (Iran – Ed.) want to reach an agreement, and that is why the U.S. is negotiating with them.
The president was also asked about the possible use of nuclear weapons against Iran, to which he replied that it was a “stupid question” and that “no one should be allowed to use nuclear weapons.”
