The Pension Fund of Ukraine told how to apply for a rental subsidy

Participants in the “rental subsidy” project can submit all documents and conclude a rental agreement online – on the portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
This was reported by the PFU press service, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The Pension Fund reminded that on January 29, 2025, a pilot project to provide a rental subsidy for internally displaced persons began, within which the state provides a subsidy for IDPs to pay the cost of renting a home, and compensates the landlord for personal income tax or a single tax and military fee.
The project participants (IDP tenants and landlords) have the opportunity to conclude a rental agreement and apply for a rental subsidy without leaving their homes – online.
In this case, the application and the lease agreement must be signed by the tenant and the landlord (their legal representatives or a person acting on the basis of a power of attorney) in electronic form, with the tenant and the landlord affixing qualified electronic signatures.
