Why the Situation in Vyshneve Remains Dangerous

According to the Kyiv Regional State Administration, the most critical situation following the nighttime attack is in Vyshneve, Bucha District.

The main threat stems from the possibility of secondary detonations of explosive devices left behind after the Russian strike.

The police have completely cordoned off the dangerous area, and the following are working on site:

  • bomb disposal experts;
  • rescue workers;
  • law enforcement officers;
  • emergency services.

If necessary, residents of nearby buildings will be evacuated.

If suspicious objects are found, citizens are urged not to approach them and to immediately report the discovery by calling 101 or 102.

How many people were injured

According to the latest data, 15 people were injured as a result of the Russian attack on the Kyiv region.

Of these:

  • 11 have been hospitalized;
  • a 9-month-old girl is among the injured.

Authorities warn that the number of casualties may rise once emergency rescue operations are completed and the sites of the strikes are surveyed.
