The National Police has suspended another top official: what is known

Andriy Rubel has been removed from his position as head of the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police of Ukraine. This was reported to RBC-Ukraine by the National Police, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Who will head the unit
Until a new head is appointed, the duties of the head of the Department of Strategic Investigations are being performed by his deputy.
Who is Andriy Rubel
According to Wikipedia, Andriy Rubel was born on July 5, 1983, in Kyiv. In 2004, he graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs and began working as a criminal investigator in the Solomyanskyi district of the capital.
For over 15 years, he held various positions in the Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast police, as well as in the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Criminal Investigation Department, and internal security units.
In 2020–2021, he headed the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region. Since October 2022, he has led the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, changes in law enforcement agencies continue one after another. Following the scandal involving patrol officers who fled from an armed assailant in Kyiv, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced personnel reshuffles across the entire Ministry of Internal Affairs hierarchy—from the selection of patrol officers to the leadership.
